Dear Customers, We have upgrade our Helpdesk System! With the new HelpDesk system, you will be able to login and submit a ticket using your existing billing password. Previous Helpdesk user account will not migraded to new Helpdesk. However, new and existing user account can login using their billing password that registered with us. We have merge the Billing and Helpdesk account password so that all user account only need 1 login password to login to our Billing and Helpdesk system.
