<content:encoded><![CDATA[Dear Customers,<br /><br />We have upgrade our Helpdesk System!<br />With the new HelpDesk system, you will be able to login and submit a ticket using your existing billing password.<br /><br />Previous Helpdesk user account will not migraded to new Helpdesk. However, new and existing user account can login using their billing password that registered with us.<br /><br />We have merge the Billing and Helpdesk account password so that all user account only need 1 login password to login to our Billing and Helpdesk system.<br /><br />We hope the new system will create a easier work flow for all users to use our Billing and Helpdesk system.<br /><br />Thanks you.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Cynet Hosting Team]]></content:encoded>
